MomnKidzCare (https://momnkidzcare.com) is a women’s health, pregnancy, and family care platform, including our companion app at https://app.momnkidzcare.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Contact information you provide directly: if you contact us, sign up for updates, or leave a comment, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

SocialFlow (Social Media Management Tool)
SocialFlow is a social media management tool operated by Mom N Kidz Care. It is available at https://socialflow.digitalsensy.com. This section explains how SocialFlow handles information, including data from Pinterest.
What we collect when you use SocialFlow
- Account details you give us: name, email address, and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Brand and team information you enter: brand names, descriptions, and team members.
- Content you create or upload in SocialFlow: post text, images, and videos.
- Social account connections you authorise, and the basic account details those platforms share with us (account name, username, profile picture, and follower count).
- Post performance and analytics data pulled from connected accounts.
Pinterest data
When you connect a Pinterest account, SocialFlow requests permission to:
- read the pins and boards of that Pinterest account;
- create and publish pins to that account on your behalf;
- read basic account information.
SocialFlow only reads and writes data for the Pinterest account you connect. We do not access other Pinterest users’ pins or boards.
How we use this information
- To show your brand’s posts, scheduled content, and performance in SocialFlow.
- To publish or schedule pins you create.
- To show analytics for your own Pinterest account.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use Pinterest data for advertising or to build profiles of people.
How we store and protect access tokens
Pinterest access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, using AES-256-GCM encryption. Tokens are never shown to other users or sent to third parties. Access is limited to the team members of the brand that owns the connection.
Who we share data with
We share data only with Pinterest, to carry out actions you ask for, such as publishing a pin. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Disconnecting Pinterest and deleting your data
- To disconnect Pinterest, go to the Integrations page in SocialFlow and click disconnect on the Pinterest account. This deletes the stored access token immediately.
- To delete data SocialFlow holds about you, email contact@momnkidzcare.com from the address linked to your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.
- You can also revoke SocialFlow’s access at any time from your Pinterest account settings.
How long we keep data
Pinterest tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account. Post and analytics records are kept for as long as your account is active, and are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
CCPA privacy rights (California residents)
You have the right to: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data we’ve collected about you; request deletion of your personal data; and request that we not sell your personal data (we do not sell personal data). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below — we will respond within one month.
GDPR data protection rights
If you are in the UK/EU, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; request that we restrict processing of your data; object to our processing of your data; and request that we transfer your data to another organization. Children’s information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe your child has provided us with such information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
